Tharwat has over twelve years of experience in healthcare management and operations, gained through working with several leading healthcare groups.
He believes that a patient-centered care approach is key to enhancing the patient experience and achieving patient satisfaction, which can be accomplished through a healthy work environment.
In his current role as Clinic Manager with Hope, Tharwat aims to implement and maintain innovative, organized, and streamlined operations across the organization to support our modern medical practices and excellent patient experience.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages and Translation and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Management.
