Jan Beneš – Senior Pediatric Physiotherapist | Early Intervention Specialist

Senior Pediatric Physiotherapist | Early Intervention Specialist

Jan Beneš is a highly experienced senior pediatric physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical  practice dedicated to infants and children. He is often consulted by parents who have concerns about delayed motor milestones, postural asymmetry, persistent head rotation, abnormal muscle tone (stiffness or floppiness), or simply a sense that their child’s development needs expert reassurance and guidance.

Jan’s clinical approach is firmly grounded in early identification and intervention, with a strong focus on detailed infant screening and assessment. His work is primarily based on the  Vojta Method, assessing spontaneous motor activity, postural reactions, and primitive reflexes to identify neuromotor challenges at the earliest possible stage. A significant part of his practice involves working with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy as well as other complex neuromotor and orthopedic conditions.

Therapy sessions are active, hands-on, and highly individualized, with a strong emphasis on parent education and involvement to ensure continuity of care beyond the clinic. In addition to pediatric rehabilitation, Jan also works with young athletes, supporting optimal movement patterns and sport performance enhancement.

Jan completed his professional education and advanced clinical training across the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom, bringing a broad European clinical perspective to his practice. He also has prior experience in developing and leading pediatric rehabilitation services in Riyadh, contributing to structured, high-quality care models.
