Zeina Radwan – BCaBA

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Zeina Radwan is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a degree in Psychology from London South Bank University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology, further deepening her expertise in behavioral and emotional development.

With over 5 years of experience, Zeina has worked extensively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a strong emphasis on child-led, compassionate care.

Zeina specializes in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), play-based learning, and social-emotional skill development. She thoughtfully integrates mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to promote emotional regulation, behavioral flexibility, and resilience.

Her clinical and educational experience includes serving as the Behavioral Director of the SEN Division at a prominent school in Egypt. In this role, she led a multidisciplinary team, developed individualized programs, trained therapists and educators, and collaborated closely with families to foster inclusive learning environments.

Zeina is proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing training and support to both staff and families. Her passion lies in helping each child reach their full potential while guiding families with empathy and expertise.
